Stephen AnsteeAssociate, has many years experience in corporate finance, primarily working with smaller quoted companies, including advising on IPOs, acquisitions, disposals, offers and quoted equity fundraisings. He has previously worked at Investec in Investment Banking and at Deloittes, and is a chartered accountant. David ComerAssociate, has been associated part-time with IDJ since its formation and was a Director for 15 years. Following consultancy with McKinsey and Company in New York and London, he held senior financial posts in the City, first in stockbroking with de Zoete & Bevan and then in marine insurance. He is a Director of the world's second largest marine liability insurer and on the Board of several UK and overseas companies. He is a Chartered Accountant, a graduate of Oxford and has an MBA Degree from Harvard Business School. Richard DyettRichard Dyett works principally on projects involving UK quoted companies. He spent 30 years as an analyst with London brokers, principally covering the Technology Sector. In the late 1990's, whilst working at Investec plc, his role migrated to that of Corporate Sales and he led the marketing of many Tech IPO's, as well as looking after the firm's 20 Technology clients. He retired from Investec in late 2008. Richard has extensive knowledge of and contacts in both the UK investment community and the Technology sector. He is also Chairman of Street Energy, a rapidly growing environmental company. Steve SwayneSteve Swayne is a Director of Kingsgate and an established company doctor with particular experience in complex, large and difficult turnarounds. He has developed a very successful turnaround track record at CEO/MD level in both listed companies, privately owned enterprises and the public sector. His extensive restructuring experience includes multi-site operations across Europe. Kingsgate is a turnaround business, with a track record of success in a particularly broad range of functions, industries and situations. We have operated at the most senior levels in organisations, including CEO and CRO posts, both in the UK and Europe. Paul HudsonAssociate, has spent his entire career in the chemicals industry with Board level appointments in Europe, Australasia and the Far East. He has operated both wholly owned chemical manufacturing and joint venture businesses on an international basis. He is a visiting Fellow at the University of Bradford Management Centre on Japanese and Chinese business. He has carried out a number of cross border acquisitions and disposals. He is a Director of a number of UK companies. |
