In July 2001, Lexign was sold to Zions Bancorporation. IDJ advised Lexign in the sale transaction and represented the Series E shareholders in the sale.

The marketplace has a proven track record. In its initial trading has attracted 150 financial institutions from 30 different countries as approved buyers of assets. Almost 50 transactions with an aggregate value of over $300£million were traded on the platform in this initial period.
