John Incledon
Chairman, is one of the
three founders of IDJ. After military service as an RAF pilot and training
as an engineer, John Incledon obtained a Master in Business Administration
degree from Harvard Business School. He spent 4 years based in New York
working in management consultancy with a predecessor firm to Ernst &
Young, prior to becoming a founding director of the venture capital
affiliate of N M Rothschild & Sons in 1969. He has served as a director of
listed and privately held companies in the United States of America and in
Europe for over 30 years. He is a member of the Deans Council of Harvard
University's John F Kennedy School of Government.
John Folliott Vaughan
Director, has worked in
the City of London since leaving Oxford in 1979 with a first class honours
degree in Modern History. He spent 18 years at Kleinwort Benson,
principally in project finance and corporate finance, mainly advising
large public and overseas companies, before joining Albert E Sharp (now
Arbuthnot Securities) to become head of corporate finance and a member of
the management board. He focussed on smaller UK listed companies. He has a
number of executive and non-executive directorships, including RockTron
Limited and remains a trustee of The Hospital Management Trust.
Christopher Horspool
Director, has been a
solicitor since 1963. Christopher Horspool has specialised in commercial
law particularly in the fields of finance and intellectual property. He
has, for many years, acted for substantial clients in the pharmaceutical
industry and the banking sector. He is a director on a number of UK
Boards, particularly in the financial sector.
David Bolton
Director, is a
practising solicitor with over 35 years City experience in corporate and
commercial legal practice gained with Herbert Smith and other well-known
City firms. David has acted for both companies and sponsors in numerous
corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, secondary issues, public
and private company mergers and acquisitions, and government
privatisations. David now has his own independent law practice, David
Bolton & Associates. He is also non-executive chairman of Cosalt Plc.
