Strengthening the team

Smaller, and private or owner-managed businesses can often benefit from a strengthening of the senior team, at executive or non-executive level, perhaps because the needs of the business have changed or to achieve succession planning. Upon agreement with our client, we assist in specifying the requirement and recruiting the individual or team to meet it – on an interim or long-term basis. In addition to outside hires, members of the IDJ team are available, when appropriate, and generally on a non-executive basis.
