Bio
Greg is President is counsel to IDJ on American opportunities. He has 25 years of experience as an institutional investor and merchant banker. Greg previously served as a Vice President of the Dyson-Kissner-Moran Corporation (DKM), a large private investment firm active in leveraged buyouts, reporting directly to the CEO. He began his career at the Boston Consulting Group, advising Fortune 500 CEOs on matters of corporate strategy. He was a founder and Managing Director of the Carlyle Group in Washington, DC, a merchant banking firm. He is now President of Palisades Associates, a US corporate finance firm.
Greg holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. He is admitted to the active practice of law in Ohio and Illinois, and is a member of the American Bar Association’s Sections on Antitrust Law and Business Law. He is a member of the Dean’s Councils and a vice-chair of the Dean’s Alumni Leadership Council at the Kennedy School.
